Through a partnership with Tehama County's Permanency Team, Empower Tehama has opened an exciting program that provides supportive services to families that have adopted or are in the process of adopting children in Tehama County. While families adopting through Foster Care or Kinship Care are the most likely to already be receiving information about Together on Purpose, ALL adoptive families are invited to participate!
